Many of you explained to us their wish to contact “Wengo advisors” before directly making the call, actually some of you were not able to join the advisors they need to contact because of incompatible schedules or because they’d like to make a “first contact”, expose their needs (sometimes very specific) and so make sure that those needs will be answered.

We Heard from you and your remarks were taken into account. I’m pleased to announce you that since few days it’s possible to plan meeting with an advisor at a specific date/time (using a calendar) and to attach to this request a personnal message.

The Advisor directly receives your request by email and could see date of the RDV and the reason (personal message), it has thereafter the choice to accept or refuse this request directly from his personal space (the purchaser will be notified thereafter this choice and its reason)

Here is how to do to put Wengovisio on your LinkedIn profile:

- We Provide every registered User with a Permalink to its Widget that looks like this: http://www.wengovisio.com/wvisio_v1-1.php?wgo_login=XYZ

1- Put your Wengo nickname in the URL instead of XYZ

2- Copy the URL.

3- Go to “Edit my profile” (on Linkedin.com) and Then click on “Websites” (Don’t forget to select “Websites” to be shown on your public profile)

4- Select “Other”, in “Website Title” put a title such as: “Click here to video call me” and then Paste the URL (you copied in Step 2) in the form under .

That’s it ! Now people that view your LinkedIn profile could, in one click, see you live with audio and video or leave you messages (if you are offline) that you will receive by e-mail, amazing isn’t it?

We have many ideas on what kind of new features we could plug on wengomeeting, but, as we said in our last post, we would love to hear what you guys want to see first (please do not hesitate to vote and to leave your comments) !

After almost one month of private Beta test, we are glad to announce you that Wengomeeting is now accessible to public. Please feel free to test this new service and to leave us your feedback, we are working on adding some new features but we’d love to hear what you guys want.

In a few weeks time, you will have the pleasure of discovering a new website (more straightforward and easier to use), but you can already benefit from the new functionalities on offer for the Sellers’ Pages:

- display of the number of visitors (under the Characteristics feature), allowing buyers to assess the popularity of the service and its quality, thanks to the Evaluation feature

- the option to upload videos in order to better highlight one’s service, for instance a Drawing Class (operating instructions)

Your readers may now leave you a video message when you are busy or offline ! For each new message, an alert is directly sent to your email with a link to view the message.

You may want to better promote your service as well as give some insights on your specific knowledge by including a video of yourself pitching your service.

We made it very handy :

1. Go to “my wengo” / “manage your services” / “modify service A”

2. Get an existing video from Dailymotion or Youtube or record your own with Flixn, copy the html code provided (usually starting with “embed”)

3. Past it within the dedicated space on the service profile page

That’s it, your prospective customers now get a better idea of your service offering & are more inclined to call you. (an example below)
