I’ve tried using the message feature but it does not work. Problem is that I do not get an email when someone leaves me a message. The feature worked in January when the feature was released but it no longer works now (March)

Anyone else have this problem?

Same thing… it doesn’t work. black screen, I can’t read the video message (I sent it to me, to test Wengo)

Hello wengovisio team !
This is my feedback

First , sorry for my english cause im from france !

so, someone has send me a video but when i check my e-mail and clik the link for watching the video, nothing happend !!! i cant view the video ! the player still loading for minutes and minutes and then nothing ! black screen !

so , i cant read the video either under IE or FIREFOX !
Also, in the video window (the page that appears when a cliked the link) when i clik FEEDBACK at the bottom of the page ! i have a wrong page ! it’s not working !

This works fine ! Great communication tool.

Suggestions :
- a way to keep track the messages we receive
- adding a text box to allow the sender to add further information (a link, his/her name…)
- displaying the sender’s IP
- the possibilty for the sender to get a confirmation that the message was sent / read
