For a professional use, document/application sharing is the most important. Whiteboard is interesting if coupled with document sharing in transparent mode. Chat is important particularly for personnal use. Must include hypertext capability. File sharing becomes less interesting if document sharing exists. Session recording may be of interest for learning application. Go ahead, Wengo people !!
